For physical orders placed through this website, allow approximately 1–2 business days for normal order processing. Estimated delivery takes a further 3–5 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The checkout page determines whether free shipping applies to your order. Enter a complete, accurate address together with a working email address and telephone number; incorrect details can prevent successful delivery.

We provide tracking updates when tracking becomes available. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Weather, holidays, carrier capacity and destination restrictions can affect progress, and some products or addresses may not qualify for delivery.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or damaged, send us your order number, checkout email, tracking number and a description of what happened. Keep the packaging and provide photographs of damage so that the shipment can be investigated.
