What can I buy? The current range includes sandwich cookies, snack cakes, frozen treats, cookie gift sets, merchandise and related accessories; the product pages show available options and stock.

Is delivery free and how long does it take? Free shipping is determined at checkout. Normal processing takes about 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transportation of 3–5 business days, without a guaranteed arrival date.

Can I return an unwanted item? Yes. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective goods and offer exchanges. Apply within 30 days of delivery for a mailed return or exchange, including a change of mind or choosing the wrong item. Goods must be new, unused and in original condition with packaging, labels and accessories.

Do returns cost anything? A free return label comes inside your package and there is no restocking fee. Ask for authorization before mailing a return; exchanges depend on stock.

What if something is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing? Contact us with the order number, checkout email, explanation and photos or video of the goods and packaging. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 days of approval.

How do I pay? Payment options are limited to those actually offered at checkout. If checkout offers no payment option, payment cannot be completed. Order processing begins only after successful payment authorization.
