Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective goods, and you may request an exchange. Submit your request within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be new and unused, retain its original condition, and include the original packaging, labels and supplied accessories.

A non-defective return may be requested because you changed your mind, prefer another option or selected the wrong item. We also review damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing parts and substantial differences from the product description.

Send the order number, checkout email and reason for the request. Damage, defects, wrong items and missing contents require photos or video showing the item and its packaging. Wait for authorization before posting anything back.

The return method is mail. Your parcel includes a free return label, and we charge no restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to available inventory.

After approval, refunds are processed within 10 days to the original payment method. Your payment institution may take additional time to display the credit.
